Thomas J. Genova is a Trial Lawyer with over 25 years experience litigating in all areas of personal injury law. He graduated with Distinction from the John Marshall Law School and served as an associate editor of the Law Review. Tom began his legal career as an assistant district attorney under Carl Vergari at the office of the Westchester County District Attorney.

After completing a three-year commitment, he became an associate with Bower & Gardner, the largest medical malpractice defense firm in New York City, representing teaching hospitals and doctors throughout the metropolitan area. He has been in private practice since 1985 representing injured parties in actions arising out of medical malpractice, automobile accidents, slip and fall accidents, products liability, wrongful death, work site injuries, municipal liability and police brutality.
